We are anchored in Old Fort Bay, New Providence. It is one of the most exclusive areas in the world. We can stay on the beach only upto high tide mark legally. The color of water is so blue that one wants to jump into the water.

Jumping into the green colour at Old Fort Bay

We have been swimming from Notre Voyage. The warm weather makes us want to jump  into the Sea. Since pale sand is the bottom, the water color is accentuated and azure blue green.

Cable Beach Anchorage is very interesting. It has reef near the Anchorage area. We are told to anchor above the coral head and the dinner is just there under the boat. That has not yet happened but our hopes are high.

Famous Cable Beach, with sand and grass in the sea floor.

This color of water is about nine feet deep. We swim every afternoon from the boat. Peter took out from the sea something like a Sea Urchin but we did not know what it was so did not eat it! It is really delicious to play in the water. Why would you leave Caribbean Sea?

Nassau Houbor is really busy with Cruise ships and anchored boats like us. There are the Marinas for Super boats too.

Cruise ship practicing with life boats, we offered to rescue the cruise ship and give them a tow but they did not need our help!

There is a shopping frenzy going on with all the people from the Cruise ships

Barcadi, nothing more to say!

The Bahamian Police uniforms are so colonial. The white hat for seemingly sun screening is the focal point and looks very smart.
