By the strong rain, I woke up and I realized that Peter is not in the bed. It was pouring outside. Peter is in the living quarters and ready to go out with the boat key at any moment if necessary. It was a notherly wind and very strong, according to Peter, it supposed to have this wind tomorrow. This was a pre front local squall. We were exposed to the Harbor entrance and planned to move on Sunday.

I fell back to sleep for while and later woke up in the morning. The first thing I asked Peter what he was going to do. If necessary, we will drive with Engine and prevent any anchor drag. It did not happen but I realized that Peter is on top of everything. I am thankful of everything that he does.
The last blog’s painter, Brent Malone, was born in The Bahamas as a white man and studied art in England. After the study he lived in The Bahamas until his death in 2004. He was very inspired by the Junkanoo Festival.
One can feel the gentle wind blowing in the tree and even the growing power too. It is definitely alive! Learning from him, I decided to concentrated on one style which I see strongly in my life and in my world. I do not think that a lot of people see what I see!

We bought three Conches and had the stall owner clean them. We are going to cook Mexican style, Grilled Conch steak with garlic sauce. It was fun to watch and see him smile at us.

The Bahamians are very genteel people. This is one afternoon for a Bahamian.

Under the Bridge to the Paradise Island, there are rows of Stalls selling different kind of Seafood. It looks delicious but we have Conches for dinner so we decided to come to the boat.

Outside is so hot under the burning sun but inside of the boat is breezy and cool. We appreciate the comfortable air inside. We laid back in the sofa and enjoy the privateness and lightfulness listening to the Seagull’s song and Habour sound.
The conchs look amazing! Enjoy 🙂
