Today is an indoor day, Peter said. There are going to be strong northerly winds 25 to 30 knots. I could keep painting all day. I have a painting waiting to be painted in a not moving situation. I must paint today in a moving situation so I need to develop a new concept to use the moving by wind. It would be completely new.

We have been organizing to move in our furniture for a new tenant in our apartment in New York tomorrow. We had to arrange the Certificate Of Insurance between the moving company and our building management company. There was a problem. After trying every hour all afternoon, it was resolved. Peter was quite happy when resolve the problem.
Thanks to my cousin, Julie will supervise the move in of everything. We had emtied the apartment but we found a Tenant who wants the Furnished Apartment. I crossed the fingers for tomorrow. We arrange to stay in Nassau so we could text each other at least.
We went up the Queen’s Staircase to Fort Fincastle. We thought the stairs were just hype but the canyon was impressive. Cut from the coral rock to provide a protected route to the fort.
Last night Joe from a nearby boat came for a drink. He is from Germany and works as Marine Engineer on the large luxuary private boats. Interesting conversation but he was a bit over the top with conspiracy theories but entertaining.
