We are having some coffee and cereal for breakfast while motor/sailing. I stopped painting for the canvas to dry from white paint all over. My new painting is about the Lava Flow overlayed with mathematical order.
I would like to show how beautiful the Controlled Chaos can be and exists everywhere in nature. This is the sketch of the final painting. The diagram of the mathmatical analysis is the focus in the painting.
After lunch, Peter starts fishing while sailing. I am studying Spanish. I am supposed to communicate in fluent Spanish in The Dominican Republic. We are getting close. Suddenly I hear the cry “I got a dinner! We need to take off the skin this time”.
We arrived at the South Allen Cay Anchorage. in the afternoon. The Cays and small beaches surounding is breathtakingly beautiful and isolated. We both jumped into the water. Peter got these Conchs in a short time.
We decided to set free the three baby conchs and use the fish as a bait tomorrow. We were not hungry today so we settled down to Honeydew Melon and Salami as today’s light dinner.
Next Morning, we sit outside and have Raisen and Walnut bread as breakfast. The surroundings are so beautiful! My happiness wells up from my heart and reach to the stretched body end and soul. We love and adore the tranquility! This is the reason why we are here!
As one can see in this chart, the Cays and islands are stretched to the south. The left top corner is our Boat and we are planning to go down all Cays and islands southward called The Exuma Islands.
As a lunch, we decided to cook the big Conch(family). We prepared the boiled Conch with Korean spicy sauce and add some cucumber. It tastes delicious, like a another kind of sweet Sea taste and chewy texture.
